Many students take our physics and math classes in parallel. It is a great way to be introduced to the study of fundamental science and to apply in practice some of what they learn in their mathematics classes.
In physics children learn to understand the phenomena of the world around them in a rational way. They are encouraged to ask questions to analyze any given problem in order to solve it. We teach them to translate their ideas and observations into the language of mathematics and to systematize their knowledge, that is, given a certain set of basic principles to use logic to achieve understanding of more complex phenomena.
With the permission of the university, we use laboratory equipment to conduct experiments, which illustrate and test what the students have learned. Through this process the children can get experience in using scientific method and gain self-confidence that they need to study any science, enjoy it and not be afraid of its challenges.
